The recruiter position is responsible for collaborating with department managers and respective HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) on a regular basis and proactively identifying future hiring needs. The recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job portals, and other networks. Our ideal recruiter should have work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Education: MBA in HR stream / Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50%. Experience: 2+ years Proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
