Lead Management Manager

Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and optimize the lead management process to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation. This role involves strategizing, coordinating, and implementing initiatives to ensure effective lead handling and conversion.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively funnel leads into opportunities and subsequently convert them into sales.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
  • Implement systems and processes for efficient lead distribution among sales teams, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track lead activity, monitor conversion rates, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide training, resources, and guidance on effective lead management practices.
  • Continuously assess and optimize sales processes to streamline lead handoff, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline performance to evaluate the effectiveness of lead management strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights to enhance overall lead management operations.
  • Develop initiatives to minimize lost leads and enhance the generation of referral leads, fostering a culture of proactive lead management.
  • Strategically plan customer engagement activities at least 6 months prior to renewal to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Segment customers into categories such as High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and others to tailor lead generation efforts and foster referral programs.
  • Monitor and optimize all digital touchpoints including social media, WhatsApp, email, etc., to effectively capture and convert leads.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead management, sales operations, or marketing; preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

Knowledge
  • Proven experience in lead management, sales, or related field, with a track record of driving conversions and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, lead management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to lead management and customer data privacy.
