The primary function of the role is to develop and implement marketing plans, policies, and strategies according to organizational goals and market demands which includes designing promotional activities and events for marketing our services, gathering and analyzing data involved in marketing campaigns and activities, planning a budget, evaluating campaign expenditure, and estimating potential sales.

• Manage the overall marketing effort and strategy for the aviation process, including value propositions, digital marketing, and market positioning to drive credible business leads through greater market awareness, effective aviation sector engagement, and promotion.
• Needs to oversee the production and distribution of all marketing material such as promotional brochures, advertising as well as video, and social media content.
• Needs to promote the company service portfolio internally to ensure maximal cohesion and effectiveness of all marketing endeavors.
• Must be the custodian of all internal brand initiatives and will be monitoring the proper brand application and execution. He or She will also motivate all internal stakeholders to uphold best marketing and communication practices including but not limited to traditional and digital media (web, social, mobile, etc.)
• Demonstrate professionalism and value across all areas of the business.
• Work closely with colleagues or other internal teams on cross-territory opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Negotiation skills would be an added advantage

Education: MBA/any graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50%
Experience: 6+ years of experience in a marketing manager role and experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage.
