Project Manager

Job Purpose

The primary function of the role is planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting the project with the use of various project management methodologies. Need to act as a bridge between the upper management and the people who are actually responsible for the execution of the project. They need to make sure that the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule. They also need to update the progress of the project regularly to the upper management.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status, and change closure of tickets within TAT (Turn Around Time) and define the TAT depending on the gravity of the issue.
  • Manage the access control of the server and also the user side.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50%.
Experience: 4+ years
Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) project handling and Odoo Development with team handling.
