Sales Consultant - Travel

Job Purpose

The primary function of the role is to advise on and plan the visa/holiday requirements of the clients. The Consultant should communicate with clients to determine their needs, and then select the most appropriate options with required documents and holiday packages.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create happy customers and retain customers through the service provided.
  • Provide consultation services to address potential clients’ interest in Visas, including establishing the suitability of the candidates' visa.
  • The consultation will mainly be by email, telephone, chats, and Interakt.
  • Present and market holiday packages and tourist visa services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans to achieve monthly targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and create referrals from existing leads. Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Provide regular follow-up on inquiries received.
  • Ensure no escalations are created in the sales process.
  • Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Manager to assist with the smooth running of the organization.

Qualifications

Education: Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50%
Experience: 1+ years of experience required

Working Conditions
  • Friday fixed off
  • Alternative Saturdays – Sundays are a normal working day
